STRUCTURE :

R.C.C Structure with Brick work in cement mortar as per design and specification of structural consultants.

DOORS :

(I) Door Frames (Chowkhat) of Hard wood.
(II) Door Frames (Chowkhat) of Hard wood.

WINDOWS :

Aluminium glazed windows with M.S guard bars duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint on a coat of primer.

FLOORING :

Flat : Vitrified tiles flooring in all area of the flat excpt kitchen and toilets which will have non skid creamic tiles.

Kitchen :

(I) Working Platform : Granite
(II) Dado : 24" high ceramic tiles above working platform.
(III) Stainless Steel Sink.

Bathroom :

(I) Dado : Creamic Tiles up to 4" - 6"
(II) Sanitary Ware : White Glazed Vitreous sanitary ware of reputed make.
(III) Fittings : Chromium painted C.P Fittings.
(IV) Cistern : Acrylic/Fibreglass Cistern in white color.
(V) Hot Water line : Provision in Master Bathroom (Excluding Geyser)

Electrical :

(I) All Internal wiring in copper conductors using concealed PVC Conduits.
(II) One T.V Point Provided in Flat
(III) All Electrical Switches and accessories of standard (ISI) Mark. fans and other fixtures not included.
(IV) Adequate lighting/Power points, Sockets. Outlets etc. Provided in each flat.

INTERNAL WALL :

All internal wall shall be finished with putty

EXTERNAL WALL :

Exterior wall finish with weather coat paint of reputed make.
